MY ROLE
Designed and built an AI news product, from the reading experience to the ingestion pipeline and subscriptions.
- Designed an image-led feed with a clear headline hierarchy for quick scanning.
- Built a scheduled pipeline that collects, scrapes, and analyses sources with Gemini.
- Stored articles in Supabase and added search across the feed.
- Ran paid plans through Polar checkout, a customer portal, and webhooks.
- Added Clerk accounts and PostHog analytics.
